Fine outdoor furniture deserves exceptional care. Amalfi Living
furniture can be enjoyed for many years if well-maintained.
regular
maintenance
Wash the furniture with a solution of mild detergent and water,
rinse with clear water, and dry thoroughly. To all metal frames,
apply a fine, clear automobile wax for maximum protection against
harmful ultraviolet exposure and salt air.
For best protection, perform this maintenance two or three times
per year in low pollution areas or more frequently in high pollution
areas. Please note that these durable materials can be safely
cleaned as often as desired.
how to clean the fabric
Fine outdoor fabrics are designed to endure years of sun, soil
and moisture. Wash outdoor cushions with a solution of mild
detergent and water and thoroughly rinse with clear water. Stand
cushions on end and allow to air dry completely. Light stains
can be removed as above. Mildew and heavy stains can be removed
with a quality commercial outdoor furniture cleaner and protectant.
Note: Do not dry clean or use a washing machine or dryer. Do
not steam or use water at temperatures above 100ºF when washing.
NOTE: Be careful to keep the cleaner from
contact with the cushions, as it may cause discoloration. Do
not use bleach on printed acrylic fabrics. Do not use solvent-type
materials on woven vinyl, woven blend or ultra woven blend fabrics
as they will damage the yarns. Do not use chlorine based cleaners.

what
is covered:
Amalfi Living warrants its products to be free from manufacturing
defects to the original purchaser with proof of purchase; the
maximum liability is the product purchase price. Proper maintenance,
including routine cleaning, replacement of worn glides, lubrication
of mechanical parts, and removal of products in high winds
or severe climates is the sole responsibility of the owner
and is required to keep this warranty in effect.
what is not covered:
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper
maintenance, misuse, negligence, normal wear, abuse, accident,
alteration or tampering. Accessories, cushions, fabrics, pillows,
customer-provided fabric and glass are not covered by this
warranty. Repair or modification by anyone other than Amalfi
Living or an approved agent voids the warranty. Amalfi Living
makes no additional warranty, either express or implied, written
or oral, regarding any warranty of merchantability, title,
or fitness for a particular purpose. Additional exceptions
may apply.
for
how long:
Residential Use: Three years from the receipt of product for
residential use. Commercial/Hospitality Use: One year from
the receipt of product for commercial and/or hospitality use.
stainless
steel versus regular steel:
We offer our furniture in stainless steel and regular steel. Stainless steel
is suitable for all environments. Regular steel is not suitable for coastal areas
or other highly corrosive environments. We highly recommend purchasing only stainless
steel within 100 miles of the coast or other highly corrosive environments and
the use of regular steel furniture within that range is subject to review including
cancelation of the warranty.
what we will do:
Amalfi Living, upon its own review of the claim and circumstances,
may repair or replace the product or provide parts to satisfy
the claim, at its discretion.
what we will not do:
Pay shipping or transportation charges or pay to repair or
replace the product, unless otherwise
agreed upon in advance.
what you must do to obtain warranty service:
If you suspect a manufacturing defect, photos (digital are
preferred) of claimed products must be submitted to the attention
of Amalfi Living Quality/Warranty Assurance Department prior
to any judgment regarding defective items, along with a written
description of the defect and any related circumstances thought
to have caused the defect. No items will be accepted without
prior written approval from Amalfi Living.
After receiving a return authorization number from Amalfi Living,
return the product in original carton (or equivalent) for shipping
to the Amalfi Living Quality/Warranty Assurance Department
address shown below. Returns. Please include a copy of your
dated invoice, keeping the original invoice for your records.
